Open the chat.
Tap the phone icon for voice or the camera icon for video.
The other person’s phone rings. In-call controls let you mute, switch camera, use the speaker or hang up.

Calls are peer-to-peer where possible and relayed through our servers otherwise, always encrypted in transit. Ting does not record calls.

You can only call people you can message. A blocked account cannot call you, and calls to a request-stage chat are not possible until it is accepted.
