Calls on the lock screen
Incoming Ting calls ring like phone calls on iPhone, even when the app is closed.

On iPhone, an incoming Ting call shows the native call screen with the caller’s name and photo. Swipe to answer and Ting opens straight into the call. Calls also appear in the Phone app’s recents.
To stop Ting ringing on the lock screen, turn off notifications for calls in Settings → Notifications, or use Do Not Disturb. Missed calls appear in the chat and as a notification.
