A picture or video fails to upload
Size, format, permissions and connection.

- Videos over 5 minutes are refused; trim them first.
- Ting needs library access: iPhone Settings → Ting → Photos → All Photos (or selected).
- Very large originals take time to compress on older phones; keep the app open until the progress bar finishes.
- On a weak connection the upload retries automatically. Switching networks mid-upload restarts it.
