Message requests
Messages from people you do not follow wait in Requests until you accept.

The Message requests row at the top of the inbox holds chats from people you do not follow. Open one to read it without the sender knowing, then Accept to move it to the inbox or Decline to remove it. Declining is silent.
Accepting a request does not follow the person. Blocking someone from a request deletes it.
