Block or unblock someone
Blocking removes the follow both ways, stops messages and calls, and hides your content from them.

- Open their profile or any of their posts.
- Tap ⋯ and choose Block.
What happens
- You unfollow each other and they cannot follow you again.
- They cannot message, ping or call you; existing chats stay readable but locked.
- Your posts, clips and stories disappear for them, and theirs for you.
- Their profile still shows in search, marked as blocked, so you know who they are.
- They are not told.
Unblock from Settings → Privacy → Blocked accounts. Follows are not restored automatically.
