My account was suspended
Why suspensions happen, how long they last, and how to appeal.

An account that breaks the terms can be suspended for a period or permanently. You see the reason when you sign in, and you receive an email. During a suspension your profile and posts are hidden.
To appeal, reply to that email or write to support@sau-app.com from the account’s address with your username. Appeals are answered within five business days.
